The IDT 13 dBi UHF RFID Directional Antenna is a high-gain, linearly polarized antenna engineered for long-range, lane-specific RAIN RFID (EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C) applications. It is designed to provide focused RF coverage with controlled beam shaping, enabling accurate tag detection in environments where precision read zones and extended read distances are required.

With a narrow 37–39° beamwidth and optimized forward radiation pattern, the antenna minimizes cross-lane interference and enhances read reliability in multi-lane and corridor-style deployments. The integrated aluminium reflector improves front-to-back ratio and suppresses rear radiation, ensuring concentrated RF energy in the intended direction.

The antenna features low VSWR, stable impedance characteristics, and an IP67-rated enclosure suitable for demanding outdoor installations. It is particularly suited for MLFF tolling systems, vehicle identification, intelligent transportation infrastructure, parking automation, and industrial access control where consistent long-range performance is critical.
